ROSE MOSCHOFILERO

We harvest the grapes from a selected low-yield vineyard at the peak of their aromatic maturity and then we apply a combination of traditional and modern winemaking methods so as to release the full aromatic and taste potential of the Moschofilero. The scent of matured apricots and red apples are followed by a crisp acidity and a citrus peel aftertaste. It is an excellent accompaniment to dishes based on pasta with tomato, braised fish and dishes combining sweet and sour flavor like chinese food. Served at 12 °C.
