The Troupis family’s low yield cultivation of their privately-owned vineyards along with modern methods of white wine-making highlight the full potential of the Moschofilero variety in the wine Tomi White. The wine’s tinges indicate a complex aroma consisted of citrus fruits, Pijrus Malus apple and rose water which are followed by a slightly acid yet full flavor and bergamot aftertaste. It is recommended as an accompaniment for meat with lemon sauces, medium grilled oily fish and shellfish. Stored under good conditions, it keeps its rich characteristics for at least 3 years. Served at 10-12 °C.
